So I called Eric over into the chat yesterday, and, well, I guess since he hasn't been here these past few days and apparently didn't read the logs, (or even the summaries, like, really, I take the time to type those up for a reason.)  and, well, he misunderstood what was going on. ... Well, that's basically the major thing that happened yesterday. Loliva was talking to us, but then we realized it was Slenderman using Loliva's account, Eric misunderstood why we were talking to it, long story short, big argument, nothing was achieved. After he left, Slenderman woke Loliva (oddly enough) and let her talk to us (don't worry, we made sure it was really her). We tried to think of something we could do to find out what Slendy's planning, but... Well, we didn't get much progress. We don't have many leads (or any at all, really). But surely he wants us for something. Or is it really just because he finds us entertaining?

II. Why So Serious?

Loliva contacted us again yesterday. Unfortunately, I wasn't there, due to matters unprecedented and un-having-to-do-with this, but while reading the logs (which DarkShadows sent me, thanks Dark! :3) I had the same sense of deja vu I had the day before... only different. And for those of you too lazy to read it, as I'm sure most of you are, I will recap it here for convenience. Loliva was telling us that Slenderman had invaded her home and was prancing around like he owned the place (laying on her couch, going through her fridge, eating her cat, etc...). It was then that the monster himself pulled Loliva's keyboard right out of her hands and began talking to us.

So, our very first impression, and: The guy is a jerk. Like, really, he's pretty much exactly what you'd think a horrible eldritch creature who kills peoplle for fun would act, only even more jerkish. He is such a freaking douchecanoe, that... yeah, okay I'll stop. Anyway he sort of just taunted us (or them, rather, since I wasn't there) for a while before offering us a deal. He'd give Loliva her heart back... but take one of us in return.

Without waiting for Dark to answer, he stole Alexis's heart, and then also her kayboard. Then he taunted us some more. Willow was there for a while. And then... Well, then he told us why this was so familiar. Somewhere, in a different universe, there were, well, different versions of us. And, well, some stuff went on over there, and alt!DarkShadows ended up system-restoring the multiverse. We were... somehow stuck with shadows (hehe, no pun intended) of their memories, I guess, and... and the excess "data", for lack of a better word, ended up being shoved over to this universe and materializing as the Slender Man. I guess it would make more sense if we knew what exactly happened? I dunno.

So then, well. Slenderman went through an odd change. He offered to give Alexis back her heart, and... Leave us alone. Considering the way he'd acted previously, I doubt he was sincere about that. He must be planning something. I guess we have to find out what. Or, even better, make our own plans to prevent something horrible from happening.

So now, Slendy lives in Loliva's house, because it's "comfy." She's keeping an eye on him (at least I hope she is) and... Well, I guess there's not much else to say. So um. Until next time, I guess.

For those of you too lazy to read all that, here's basically what happened: This girl named Loliva told us she was a proxy of a being known as the Slender Man (you guys should know what that is, like duh.), and that this being ate her heart. She wants us to get it back for her through some sort of game of wits, similar to chess. Not entirely sure what made us do it (though it was probably in part because of the massive deja vu this was causing us the entire time), we agreed to help. Then, Loliva's account was hacked by another being known as the Weeping Willow (not really gonna explain this one: She's a tree lady, she cries, it's slightly terrifying, end of story.), who sort of helped us... She helped us figure out our roles in the game, at least. Then she left, and we decided to log it (again, due to the deja vu). So, um. Here we are now. Logging it.
